Ship building Straight Pipe is used to connect pipes in the ship a variety of mechanical equipment, used to convey information about the working medium water, oil, gas and so on. Ship line has two categories: power lines and ship system piping. Power line is used for the main and auxiliary services of various piping for fuel, oil, cooling water, compressed air, exhaust gas, waste heat and other pipeline. Ship piping systems is to improve the anti-sinking, the ship's stability, in order to meet the crew, passengers need a normal life.

Step2: Material cutting, trimming, groove, cleaning, bending, rolling, dimension & NDT inspection; 
Step3: From part assemble to whole assemble with accurate template and platform, dimension & NDT inspection, welding,           dimension & NDT inspection;
Step4: Other procedure if necessary;
Step5: Final dimension & NDT inspection for structure;
Step6: Machining if necessary;
Step7: Blasting and Painting with paint Hempel, Jotun, Inter, Sigma;
Step8: Package, Loading and Lashing when delivery;

We UniSite started as a small contractor of ship building works in military factory in Ningbo 10 years ago. After several years of accumulation, the team had owned a certain number of experienced managers, engineers, technicians and workers who have rich experience in military shipping building and have good marine practice.
